Job Title: Website & Data Coordinator

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: 27,000 - 29,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week, 30-minute lunch break)

Magento IT System experience is essential for this vacancy.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Website & Data Coordinator to manage and maintain our online presence. This role involves updating our website with garment and stock changes and pictures, processing marketing data, and ensuring high-level data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Magento IT system and a strong background in data processing and digital content management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management:
  • Post all web changes including garment updates, stock levels, and product imagery.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain and update product listings using Magento.
• Marketing & Product Data:
  • Upload and manage marketing data for new product lines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to introduce and promote new garments and collections.
• Data Processing:
  • Handle large volumes of product and stock data with precision.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Magento or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and high-level data processing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple updates efficiently.
• Familiarity with image handling and basic graphic editing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
