Salary: 27,000 - 29,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week, 30-minute lunch break)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Website & Data Coordinator to manage and maintain our online presence. This role involves updating our website with garment and stock changes and pictures, processing marketing data, and ensuring high-level data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Magento IT system and a strong background in data processing and digital content management.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:
- Post all web changes including garment updates, stock levels, and product imagery.
- Ensure all content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain and update product listings using Magento.
Marketing & Product Data:
- Upload and manage marketing data for new product lines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to introduce and promote new garments and collections.
Data Processing:
- Handle large volumes of product and stock data with precision.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with Magento or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong attention to detail and high-level data processing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple updates efficiently.
Familiarity with image handling and basic graphic editing is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
